At the request of some other members of my group ("tools"), I have roughly rewritten the final talk I gave at the end of the workshop into a stand-alone document (manifesto? it does have sort of a What Is To Be Done nature to it).comments and edits are welcome, of course. suggestions, clarifications, details, what have you. it's a wiki! Do you find this valuable?
